Mike’s 28 years experience in the industry and solid track record make him highly experienced in the fields of project management, construction management, cost planning, building design and urban development. Michael completed a Bachelor of Building, graduating with distinction from RMIT. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Building and an Unlimited Registered Building Practitioner (DBU13611). He commenced his career with the Lend Lease Construction Group and moved to national developers Urban Pacific and later AV Jennings. After gaining 17 years valuable experience, Michael established UrbTech Pty Ltd in 2000. UrbTech has provided distinguished service to multiple major clients across Australia including Macquarie Bank; Defence Housing Authority; Stockland; Peet Limited; Satterley Property Group; and AV Jennings.

Mike has particular expertise in design and construction management, project management and strategic planning roles. He has successfully delivered projects across commercial; health; industrial, retail and office fit out property sectors

Craig also has over 28 years experience in the property and construction industry. He commenced his career with Rider Hunt whilst studying Quantity Surveying at RMIT. He then moved to commercial contracting and gained extensive experience with Grocon before returning to cost planning as a
Director with Davis Langdon.

Craig is highly experienced in the fields of cost planning and estimating; strategic analysis on all commercial aspects of project delivery and development; procurement methodologies; feasibility and risk analysis; establishment of financial controls; brief and contract documentation preparation.

Craig has been an integral part of delivering, on time and within budget, some of Australia’s most prestigious projects across commercial; health; government, major infrastructure and education sectors.
